Events Leading to Clash between Lawyers and Police at Chennai high court

1.Dikshitars from Chidambaram temple  ask help of Jayalalitha to support them in the control of temple case.
2.Due to political compulsions she tells them to get help of  Subramaniam Swamy.
3.The lawyers are always terrorised whenever he comes to court for any case due to his skills and the support he enjoys from American government as he is   pro American and he is also a visiting professor at Harvard law school and business school.
4.He impleads himself in Chidambaram temple case.
5.He is attacked inside court by lawyers who threw rotten eggs and manhandle them.
6.Its widely believed that Karunanidi asked lawyers to do so and he got himself admitted in Ramachandra hospital complaining back pain.
7.Police personnel too were assaulted in the court premises who had come there to give protection to Swamy.
8.This issue becomes serious as lot PIL(Public Interest Litigation) were filed in Supreme court.
9.Due to pressure from Supreme court,State government sends police to arrest those involved in the assault case of Swamy.
10.Some lawyers started protesting and some even started pelting stones on Police.
11.Police came back on riot gear and started lathi charging as their fellow members were injured.
12.Violent clashes erupt between both sides resulting in torching of police station and justice Arumugam Perumal gets injured.
13.Lot of private vehicles were damaged and the place was like a war zone.
14.Supreme court strongly condems the actions and state government issued shoot at sight orders for those damaging public property,
15.It spreads to entire state creating unrest at all courts,so courts were declared holidays.
16.Senior advocates feel that all these problems are due to politicisation of Bar council and Bar association.
17.Once again it proves that during DMK government law and order will be weak.
18.It has also created lot of resentment among police as they are used as hitmen of politicians.

Indians are not Slumdogs but Underdogs

The Slumdog Millionaire is softly wound  on Indian diplomat based in South Africa Vikas Swarup’s  book Q and A has created a lot of sensation in the recently concluded award functions from Golden Globe to OSCARS.But most people in India also raised voice against the movie because it has shown India in a bad light.The proof is that technician who worked in this movie claimed that he was called "slumdog" by fellow Americans.The movie showcases the growth of a slum boy who was orphaned by communal riots where his mother was brutally murdered by mobs, followed by their sufferings in the hands of underworld and betrayal of Jamal by his brother.It also showcases the life in the red light regions of Mumbai.In reality it clearly shows how always success in our country is viewed with doubt that people succeed only by doing fraud.
The ill effects of the movie are
1.Indians undergo harrashment as they are called as Slumdogs in overseas but we should prove that we are underdogs who succeed coming from nowhere.
2.India will be visualised as a country of slums,dotted with communal problem.
3.It still creates a outrage in Islamic countries as it shows Hindu right wing groups indulging in mass massacre of fellow Muslims but in reality only Muslims are killing Hindus in Kashmir,WestBengal,,,,
4.Airports in our country are surrounded by only slums.
5.The law and order of  the cities are only in the hands of Gondas and under world.
6.Indian films can get recognition only when it is produced by Hollywood big banners like fox,warner bros..
The good things are
1.Anyone can up in life if they are intelligent but have to carry a little bit of luck which many lack including me.
2.The film cast and Technical crew were mostly Indians.
3.The Indian music has won many laurels and much awaited recognition,but the music is mostly masala mixture which we have heard from Roja to Delhi-6.
4.Allah Rakka Rahman’s phenominal growth from being Dilip Kumar to winner of oscars will surely inspire many Indians who are underdogs.

The Root Cause to SriLankan Ethnic Crisis

Sri Lanka is highly troubled by ethnic problems due to split and divide policy of Sinhalese.It was granted Independence based on the principle of two languages one country or one language two country.But the majority Sinhalese failed to keep their promise.They wanted the tamils to be thrown out of country so they made tamils a second class citizen.There were forced settlements by Sinhalese government where tamils were in majority.Tamils continued their struggle in non violent means through Tamil Arasu Katchi.But they were not sucessfull so the youth were very upset and felt that their rights can be got only through armed struggle.Srilankan Government added oil to the fire by amending constitution that for entry into universities Tamils should get 290 out of 400 but Sinhalese can get into university by scoring just 240.At starting there were number of armed groups fighting for separate country for Tamils but Prabakaran systematically eliminated all other groups by killing their leaders and he said he is sole representative of Tamils which most people cannot accept.In 1987 our prime minister late Rajiv Gandhi sent Indian troops to capture Prabakaran but as there was discontent with the people of Srilanka, their government itself gave arms to fight against Indian Army.India sensed the situation and called back the troops so that their mission was incomplete.An accord was signed between two countries but it was not implemented.All political outfits in our state supported LTTE but this changed after the assasination of Rajiv Gandhi.Tigers only introduced suicide bombing which was replicated by Al-Quida.Still they get money from overseas Tamils who are forced to pay money to Tigers through their agents all over the world.They got money only through this.During the ceasefire from 2004 they improved their infrastructure by building air strips for their Air force and developed submarines thus becoming the first Militant organisation to acquire these skills.Srilanka sensed danger and started waging war against Tigers.They drew a different set of tactics and were successfull.Now all knew that tigers are restricted to small region in Mullathivu.They are using civilians as shield and killing innocent civilians.They made mistakes so that Karuna rebelled against Prabakaran and tigers lost their influence in the East comprising Amparai regions.Karuna came out of LTTE and he joined hands with the government.But the fact is that government don’t knew what to do after elimination of tigers and  the scope of improvement of rights of tamils is appearing bleak.

Coming out of Global Economic Crisis

The current economic crisis has spilled its beans to entire world due to flawed Capitalist policies of the developed world.The global meltdown started with mortage crisis in US.Soon it affected the entire country,so people started spending less.It followed by fall in industrial production affecting GDP of the country.Then it affected great American dream of people.To come out of this crisis the governments across the world should spend more on public infrastructure projects like our country’s Bharath Nirman projects.But the companies implementing the projects are struggling  for financial closure of the projects which they have won by bidding.The governments across the world tightened the credit availability to contain the inflation which touched alarming two digits in many countries.The central banks should take steps for easier credit availability by reducing REPO rates,interest rates.Even after all this industry captains feel that credit availability is still low.The craze for FCCB’s and ECB among corporates is in all time low.Now companies started inviting fixed deposits from public with TATA Motors taking a leap by mopping 8000 crores from public.But the fact is that we the public should also take steps by adapting cost cutting measures like reducing unwanted purchases,eating outside in hotels at weekends,use public transport instead of private vehicles.
